go green


It's Monday, the start of the work week.....I really need a pick me up,so I decided to make my fave smoothies(the green smoothie).A friend suggested this delicious smoothie filled with a good source of iron and calcium.If  you need a healthy dose of vitamins this tasty smoothie is right for you.

Recipe
1/2 pear
1 banana
1 6oz pineapple yogurt
hand full of green grapes
hand full fresh green spinach
blend in a blender
refrigerate and serve
