I few weeks ago I attended the natural hair show in Atlanta Ga. I spotted two lovely young women while there. Their hair and outfits really grabbed my attention. The painted makeup was also an attention grabber. What a great idea for a painted face Halloween costume. I love painted faces for Halloween.
